Due to the sacrifices his family made, he earned a law degree and went to work in President Obama’s Justice Department where he successfully convicted corrupt elected officials of both parties. Because of his willingness to take on Donald Trump to fight for education and opportunity for Mexican-American families like his own, he’s been endorsed by the Congressional Hispanic Caucus and former San Antonio Mayor Julián Castro and his brother Rep. Joaquín Castro.
